and CORRA.org merged together and formed Qualistar.org (formerly
CORRA) a non-profit organization dedicated to
coordinating a statewide system of organizations dedicated to enhancing
the
quality, training and availability of child care in Colorado and to
promoting character education in schools and communities.
Qualistar's (formerly Educare's)
main
purpose
is to make children aware that their character is their real strength,
and that all other acquisitions such as wealth and education is of no
real value without character. The Qualistar (formerly Educare) program

Smart Start Colorado partners are state and local early
childhood councils, agencies, organizations and associations working together
to create a better system of early childhood supports and services for

The Colorado Children's
Campaign researches child well-being, stimulates dialogue on children's
issues, and
promotes accountability and action to improve the health,
education, safety, and economic security of Colorado's children. –» NCSmartStart.org
Smart Start is a public-private initiative that provides early education
funding to all of the state's 100 counties. Smart Start funds are administered
at the local level through local nonprofit organizations called Local
Partnerships. The North Carolina Partnership for Children (NCPC) is the
statewide nonprofit organization that provides oversight and technical
assistance for local partnerships. Services at the local level range
depending on local needs. Funding for Smart Start is currently $192 million
in state funds. Smart Start has raised more than $200 million in donations

NACCRRA is the national
network of more than 850 child care resource and referral centers
(CCR&Rs) located in every state and most communities
across the US. CCR&R centers help families, child care providers,
and communities find, provide, and plan for affordable, quality child
care.
