Training on the use of environmental ratings scales developed by Frank-Porter-
Graham Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

and/or training to make
needed quality improvements.
Training for child care centers and licensed
family child care homes to help enhance teaching skills
so that children with behavorial issues remain in their early childhood
program. Consistancy
of care is important and children with challenging behaviors
are
frequently moved from one classroom to another.
